| Terms and Conditions of sales on this website. 1. A buyers premium of 10% to 15% is payable on the final bid value. The sale page will detail the amount on buyers premium payable. 2. All sales are final. All assets are sold "as is", "where is". 3. Payments are within 3 working days of auction close date. 4. Clearance of items purchased are within 7 workings of auction close date. 5. Where applicable, local taxes will be charged at the relevant rate 6.
